4. "Short URL" "Short URL" refers to the service that converts original URLs provided by users into short codes.

7. Lorem Ipsum: Dummy text generation
8. Utility Tools: QR code generation, Base64 encoding/decoding, URL shortening
9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time with or without notice.
10. We provide our Service free of charge but may display advertisements to support service quality and operations.

1. File Processing: We do not store uploaded files on our servers. All file processing (PDF compression, image conversion, etc.) is performed directly in your browser. Files are immediately deleted from memory after processing is complete.
2. URL Shortening: Information related to shortened URLs (original URL, short code, click count, etc.) is stored in our database to provide the service. You can delete your shortened URLs at any time.
3. You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.
4. We are not responsible for the content you upload and do not review or control user-uploaded content, except as required by law or to enforce these Terms.

1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Toolo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
3. You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and display such content as necessary to provide our Service.

1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
2. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
